Cancellation Fees:
- 0% if you cancel 28 days before the day of your arrival
- 20% if you cancel 27 days before the day of your arrival
- 40% if you cancel 15 days before the day of your arrival
- 60% if you cancel 10 days before the day of your arrival
- 80% if you cancel 5 days before the day of your arrival
- 100% if you cancel 4 days or less before the day of your arrival

• This is a non-smoker apartment.
